BECOME A BASIC AGENT

For a cost of only £15.00 you can become a basic agent for Free Property Ad. This basic agent opportunity is made available for those of you who would like to become an agent but don’t wish to invest £100.00 at this time to join us as a Premium agent. You may also see the basic agent opportunity as your entry to enable you to find your feet whilst you gain your confidence and build experience.

So here it is! You pay just £15.00 to be a basic agent. This will allow you the same admin login, but you won’t have all of the benefits of being a Premium agent.

Your commissions will be the same, but you will need to download the brochure/leaflets from our website and print them out from home.

You will not receive a For Sale board, but will have one sent out once you have made your first sale.

In addition you will receive a commission of £10.00 for each new signed-up agent you recommend to us.

We have done this with a view that it will help people, who in this current climate are having less capital available to play with. We feel that a nominal charge of £15.00 shouldn't break the bank, but will give you a realistic opportunity to get you on your way to making money.

How much easier could it be to start earning today? As we only charge £15.00 to become a basic agent you’re literally “quid’s in!”

PREMIUM AGENTS PACK

Premium agents packs are for those of you with a little more confidence, and include all the glossy leaflets you need to get started and an agent’s ID badge. A top quality For Sale board is also included in the pack.

Premium agents also have the benefit of receiving £20.00 commission for every signed-up agent recommended by them.

If you are thinking at this point “what’s to stop me as a customer, becoming an agent myself, and saving money?” The performance all agents are checked out on a regular basis. Some customers do become agents.

If we find that a customer has become an agent for their own gain, and not for the purpose of operating as an agent, we have the right to retrieve their sales board and cancel their advert with no prior notice. In these circumstances no refunds will be given.

We have a high Google page ranking and the website is very easy to use. We have eye-catching For Sale boards that are of the highest quality which look great on any home, and certainly get noticed.

Earnings for agents can range tremendously, depending on the work and hours put in.

You are able to earn £320.00 just by visiting 2 properties.

Houses that already have an estate agent’s board outside are ideal, as clearly they are on the market, and the seller wants to sell their house.

WHAT HAPPENS  ABOUT THE ESTATE AGENTS COMMISSIONS?

Nothing! As long as the buyer has been introduced through Free Property Ad there will be "NO Commissions to pay”. Not to us, or their estate agents, making the customer a huge saving.

This information is now widely known throughout the UK.

Once signed-up as an agent you will receive an "Agents pack" and have full access to the agents admin section of Free Property Ad.

In addition, once you have become an "Agent” you will have the opportunity to be a Free Property Ad "Manager", and the chance of one of our Free Property Ad "estate-agents/shop franchises".

As a full agent you will also be able to place family and friends property's on the website for free with as many photos as you wish.

You will be required to pay a one time fee of £15.00 or £100.00 to become an agent. This fee also includes your "Agents pack" which includes 1 For Sales board, brochures, ID card, etc.

It is important to highlight the point that the £15.00 basic agent offer is for a limited time only, and will be reverted back to £100.00 for all agents after the offer closes.

This could be at any time, so take advantage of the offer whilst it remains open.
